What We Provide
We conduct a thorough, trauma-informed mental health psychosocial assessment designed to clearly document your history and current level of functioning. Our evaluation includes, a full lifespan psychosocial history (childhood through post-service life), detailed military service and trauma review (combat, MST, and non-combat stressors), functional impairment analysis (work, relationships, sleep, anger, daily living), DSM-5–informed diagnostic formulation, a clear narrative of occupational and social impairment relevant to VA standards, spouse or significant other interviews when appropriate. This is comprehensive clinical work, not document production.
This includes multiple structured discussions with you, a spouse/significant other interview when appropriate, record review, research of your military and clinical experience, clinical assessment to support your claim, and preparation of your comprehensive MH-PSA.
We do not bill hourly. We do not increase fees for complex cases. There are no outcome-based fees.
